How do I make a purchase?
Purchasing your favorite George Steuarts tea is easy. You can browse through our Tea Products section or search for your favorite tea by clicking on the search icon.

Do I need to create an account before I can purchase?
No, you may check out as a guest. However, there are benefits to signing up. Some of the benefits include tracking your past orders, reordering past orders, in an instant, and not having to fill up information again.
Whether or not you create an account, some details will still be collected to process your order. The information collected is subject to our Privacy Policy, so you can be at ease knowing that your info is always protected.

How do I pay?
We accept payment online via credit card, debit card, PayPal, bank payment, or COD.
If you opt for bank payment, you can send your deposit slip or transfer confirmation with your name and order number to hello@steuartstea.ph, so we can verify your payment and proceed to shipping; or you can forward your Order Confirmation email along with a photo or scan of your deposit slip.

Will my credit or debit card details be safe online?
Yes. Security is a priority for us. We can guarantee that your payment details are safe online. www.steuartstea.ph is PCI compliant which means all payment information collected is encrypted instantly. Your information is not stored and cannot be decrypted.

I’ve placed my order. When can I expect delivery?
We aim to deliver your orders within 2 to 4 business days for Metro Manila addresses; 4 to 7 business days for the rest of the Philippines.
Orders are delivered between 9 AM to 6 PM from Monday to Saturday, except on public holidays. If you haven't received your order within this period, you can contact us at hello@steuartstea.ph.

How much are your shipping fees?
Shipping fees are computed based on the size of your order and delivery destination. You’ll find the actual fee when you checkout and before you proceed to payment.

Our shipping rates are as follows:
For Metro Manila:

• ₱ 80.00 up to 0kg–3kgs
• ₱ 100.00 up to 3.01kgs–5kgs
• ₱ 120.00 up to 5.01kgs–10kgs
• ₱ 400.00 up to 10.01kgs–20kgs
• Anything above 2kgs could be quoted separately because of partner courier's box requirement

  • ₱ 140.00 up to 0kg–3kgs

  • ₱ 160.00 up to 0kg–3kgs

  • ₱ 180.00 up to 0kg–3kgs

What if I change my mind? Do you have a Return Policy?
New and unopened products can be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Payments made with a credit card will be refunded to the card used. Unless there was an error on our side, shipping fees will be shouldered by the buyer.

I’ve received a damaged item. What should I do?
Damaged items may be requested to be exchanged at no cost to the purchaser. Kindly send us an email with images showing the damaged products at hello@steuartstea.ph within 7 days of receiving your order.

What happens after I email you for a Request for Return and Exchange?
The items will undergo a verification process if they qualify for an exchange or refund. All qualified items will be replaced and be delivered within 7 days from confirmation.

What are your business hours?
Our Customer Support team can accommodate your queries from 10 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Friday (except public holidays). Orders received after 4 PM of any day of the week will be processed the following business day.

Do you have caffeine-free teas?
Yes, we do. You can choose from the following caffeine-free teas: Chamomile Tea, Peppermint Tea, or Strawberry, Raspberry and Cranberry Tea.
